Jabal Fitness trail is approximately 3 km, 10 stations, 90 minutes of the mountain trail, offering a well-balanced physical fitness routine. 

The trail contains instruction signs and local designed exercise stations for the novice or conditioned athlete to enjoy without leaving the resort.

Open 24 Hrs complimentary activity for in-house guests, self-guided at all times.
